These Terms of Use govern your use of the Lookup app. By using Lookup, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

Lookup is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Your Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the information you choose to store in Lookup and for how you use, export, share, or back up that information.

You should avoid storing unlawful content and should take care when handling sensitive data outside the app, including any exported files.

Free and Pro Features

Lookup may be offered with a free tier and optional Pro features. Pro features may include, depending on the version of the app, expanded entry limits, custom categories, attachments, widgets, batch actions, field history, and other advanced functionality.

Feature availability may change over time as the app evolves.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Lookup may offer optional in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions and/or a one-time lifetime purchase, through Apple’s App Store.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
• Any free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Pricing may vary by region. All purchases are subject to Apple’s billing policies and terms.

Apple-Specific Terms

These terms are between you and Bugxy Apps, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app.

In the event of any failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the app if applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.

Bugxy Apps, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.

In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of the app infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, Bugxy Apps, not Apple, will be solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country.
• You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use and may enforce them against you.

Intellectual Property

Lookup, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Bugxy Apps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.

Privacy

Your use of Lookup is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimer

Lookup is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bugxy Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use Lookup.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
